How credit works
£20 free credit
A new company account starts with £20, which is 200 credits. It is given once per company, and it lasts 90 days.
1 credit = 10p
Every action has a clear credit cost, shown before you run it.
Top up from £10 + VAT
Top up with £10, £25, £50, £100, £250 or £500, plus VAT. Bought credit lasts 12 months; the free credit lasts 90 days.
Monthly plans
Starter, Growth and Scale, with annual options, for teams who want a predictable monthly price. Not available yet.
Your sending mailbox
Connect your own mailbox, or we can set one up for you and warm it up, paid for in credits. Warm-up is 1 credit a day while it warms. Messages wait for your approval unless you choose to let an agent send on its own.
What common actions cost
- A quick check of a tender, contract or job advert: about 0.1 credit each, more for long records.
- A full tender brief: from 5 credits. A draft proposal: from 8 credits.
- Finding or revealing a person's email or phone: 1 credit a lookup from us, on top of what your own people-data account charges.
- A guided tour: 1 credit, or 5 with a spoken guide.
- Talking to the assistant by voice: 1 credit a minute.
- Warming up a mailbox: 1 credit a day while it warms.
These are minimums. AI work is charged on the work actually done, never less than the amount shown, and the cost is shown before you run it.
What you pay for
You pay when the AI team does work for you, such as screening a signal or drafting a message. Because the cost of each action is shown first, you can decide before you spend.
Why credits?

How much does Opptix cost?
New accounts get £20 of free credit. After that you pay for credits as you use them, topping up from £10 plus VAT. Monthly plans are coming soon and will be optional.

Am I charged if an AI run fails?
Credits are set aside while an AI run is in progress. If the run fails before it finishes, the credits held for it are given back.
