Messaging that says why you are getting in touch

Live

The Opptix messaging role writes short, plain outreach that refers to the real reason you are contacting someone, such as a tender, a contract ending or a hiring push. Each message is drafted for you to read and approve, and by default nothing is sent until you do. If you switch on autopilot, messages that pass their checks go out within the limits you set.

What does messaging write?

  • A first message that names the signal and says how you could help.
  • Follow-ups that add something rather than just chasing.
  • Replies to questions, drafted for you to check.

How does it sound?

Short, polite and plain. It avoids hype and does not pretend a message was written by hand. You can edit any draft, and the more you correct it, the better it matches your voice.

Where do messages come from?

Messages are sent from a mailbox. You can connect your own, or we can set one up for you and warm it up, paid for in credits. See pricing.

What about the rules?

B2B outreach in the UK must follow PECR and UK GDPR. Messages include a clear way to opt out. See is AI cold email legal in the UK. This is general information, not legal advice.

Messaging takes the opportunities from screening, and passes replies to pipeline management. See approval-first outreach.
