Outreach

AI outreach where you approve every message

Approval-first AI outreach means the AI finds the prospect and drafts the message, but by default nothing is sent until a person approves it. You keep control of what goes out in your name, while the AI does the research and the writing. Opptix is built this way.

Why approval matters

Fully automatic outreach can send the wrong thing to the wrong person, and your name and your mailbox take the damage. A short approval step catches mistakes, keeps the tone right and protects your reputation.

How does it work?

  1. The AI finds a signal and decides who should hear from you.
  2. It drafts a message that names the real reason for contact.
  3. The draft appears in your queue, with the reasons.
  4. You approve, edit or reject it.
  5. Only approved messages are sent.

Does approval slow you down?

Reading a short message takes seconds. The time you save is in finding people and writing, which are the slow parts. You can also choose to let an agent send follow-ups, or everything that passes its checks, within daily limits and sending hours you set.

What about replies?

Replies are tracked in your pipeline. Anything that needs judgement is passed to you.

How Opptix helps

Approval-first is the default in Opptix. See messaging, agents on autopilot and security.

Frequently asked questions

Does Opptix send anything without my approval?

Not unless you choose to relax approval for an agent. By default, outreach waits for you.

Can I edit a message before it goes?

Yes.

Can I let agents run without approval?

Yes, if you choose. There are three settings: approve every message, approve the first and let follow-ups go on their own, or autopilot, where anything that passes its checks is sent within your daily limits and sending hours. Approving every message is the default.
